I just had a conversation with Coolcat rep.  After reading their rules, it appears that you can't play progressives on any free chip.  I specifically asked about the realtime video slots - asked other slots only?  He said ok.  He seemed very reticent and would only answer yes and ok to questions.  I know most of you play blackjack, but I saw that someone was waiting for 2 months for a $500 payout from Coolcat.  It could be that the video slots with a random jackpot were played.  It says that any play on progressives will cause forfeit of all winnings.  Most of the others say "slots" can be played.  Guess we should read all the fine print.

Addendum to my post - It seems nearly all of their slots are progressive.  The only group is "Video Slots," of which there are three.  So all of these free chips, if one wants to play slots, are restricted to 3 rather uninteresting games, if the casino guy was correct.

What is the trick to get them to work at both casino's. I've tried to redeem it at one and then go to the other one without playing it and it says already redeemed the chip amount shows as a balance on the other one. I don't see how you do it. What is the trick.

What Shelli means, is that you can choose which casino to play the bonus on. It will work on either one , but NOT both. hope this helps.

I do not like this COOLCAT casino at all. well, I guess I am officially a bonus abuser.  I did the 50 at Cool Cat and had it up to about 300 when it kicked me off and would not let me log in.  Called customer support and they said i used too many free chips and had to make a deposit even though I never once tried  to withdraw any winnings..  always just played them out.

That means the code IS in their index as valid and not expired.... just not for me at this time.

The other response i pasted is typical of an improper code, one not in their system or the computer does not recognize it.

The most common reason for your money disappearing in not just coolcat, but in any RTG casino you are free chipping in, is that you have made the playthrough requirement and all money in excess of the bonus/cashout are removed.

Yes...  they deduct the playthrough amount.  If I start getting up in cash, I really have to pay attention that I don't keep betting max amount as it brings my balance down fast.

I will never make any deposit in this stupid RTG casinos...it's so stupid

It took me 3 days to play through the $8,000 requirement.

Since you have not done a lot of free chipping, you should not have any problem at all.

As i said in my previous post i am very new to this.
I had asked cool cat to send me an e-mail confirming that they had recieved my
identification documents and obviously they never.
So i got on to live chat and the guy confirmed they had got my copies of my id and
verifiation form signed so that was fine.

I then asked if i needed to do anything else and he said no i just had to wait for approval . So i asked how long does approval usually take ?
He says 10 days !!!  I say are you sure i play a lot of online poker and approval is usually a couple days at the most . But he says yes its 10 business days normally .

Is Cool Cat serious 10 business days to give you approval or not ???

Coolcat is well known for being slow in these matters. Typical time frame is roughly 3-4 weeks from time of request for withdrawal, if no T&C violations are detected (IE double chipping, Multiple accounts). The group of casinos they are associated with have been working on getting payout's down to 15 days.

While this is long, compared to other casino's it is a vast improvement over their old average.

Keep us updated on how long the process takes.

Playfree100 worked for me - Thank you.  ;D  However, there doesn't seem to be any  set rules for when these no deposit codes will be honored.  There have been many times when I have been denied a coupon (especially 2nd chance coupons) when I know that my last transaction with that particular casino was a deposit and the coupon should have been honored.  The RTG casinos seem to play loose with their rules.  I have learned to deposit the minimums and hope for the best.  I have been able to cash out a few times but you have to be persistant and patient.  Good Luck Everyone and Happy Gambling

Also, did you delete all RTG casinos off of your computer before you cleaned it?

i had to use a different log-in name but everything else was the same address ph. num. so they knew it was me ........no i didn`t delete all of them just cc also you have to go into start go to run type inREGEDIT and hit okay that will bring you into the inner workings of your computer its a little long but if you know what ur doing it erases all of the hkeys (hotkeys) for different apps and if you don`t know what ur doing STOP
