Casino Bellini, on the other hand, is the only playtech casino (at least the only playtech casino I know of) that differs from the other Playtech casinos. Because I have never had such a negative experience at any other Playtech casino. -On the one hand, it starts with the fact that Casino Bellini is only available as a download casino, just as it is today. So you are always bound to download and install a program first. There is no Instandplay online alternative. -As is unfortunately usual in almost all Playtech casinos, the live support chat is also very penetrating at Casino Bellini. As soon as you log in, a chat window opens immediately and you are immediately offered a deposit bonus "without being asked". In my opinion, this is an absolute no-go. Because a good support can make an offer on request or at the end of a chat conversation, but in no case unsolicited so pushy to continue even after the 2nd no thanks is almost bordering on stalking. -I had so many spam emails (similar to chat) within a week of registering that I was immediately annoyed. I immediately unsubscribed from all promotional subscription newsletters and then I immediately classified the email addresses as spam and blocked the sender. A few months later I received an email from Casino Bellini for the first time, which said that I hadn't logged into my account for a few months and a lot has changed since then, and Casino Bellini has changed I would be very happy about a renewed visit, a free bonus was credited to my account, which I only need to collect in the live chat...... I then only remembered on the casino's website that it was about this casino acts. However, since I have often had the experience that a casino made a rather negative impression on me at the beginning and it is not uncommon for a casino to improve over time, I have again unbiased in this case dared to try again. I downloaded and installed the software again, arrived at the casino, I didn't have to look for a contact as usual because the chat window comes up all by itself...^^ I then asked in the chat about the free bonus, which is only available in the email was offered/promised. The support employee, who answered me in German with hello Katja, how are you today? then all of a sudden he doesn't say German. And write me in English what an insanely great deposit bonus I could get. the same as usual.... when i asked about the bonus in english, it was first discreetly ignored and I was given another deposit offer, if I said no, thank you, I would like to claim the free bonus first, then all of a sudden there was no answer for a few minutes, then at some point when I asked, she just forwarded it to the appropriate department and I would get an answer via email... but in the meantime I could also claim the great deposit bonus ..... then of course I didn't pay in and waited for the email reply, which came 2 days later and said that the bonus offer was unfortunately no longer valid because it was only available for 48 hours. But since I asked about it in the chat just under an hour after receiving the email, I naturally felt very taken for a fool when the support who only answered 2 1/2 days later wrote me via email that the offer is no longer valid. Thereupon I immediately asked for my account and all my customer data to be deleted with immediate effect. then there was no direct answer. A few weeks later I suddenly got an advertisement for another casino (again with a new/different email address, which of course was then put on the block list as number 4) in the email it was written in large letters at the top Casino Bellini recommends.. ... a short time later I even got emails from this casino itself, although I didn't even click on the link or ever registered in this casino and I didn't register anywhere for advertising! So instead of being deleted, my data was passed on or used for a sister casino, for which I never gave my ok, nor did I ever ask for it. I then continued to receive emails from this casino several times, although I clicked on "to unsubscribe from newsletter" several times at the bottom of each email. and the e-mail address of the sender himself is also blocked in my mailbox, but in the meantime new senders have always been added. I am absolutely annoyed by casino belllini and have to honestly say that there is nothing wrong with the games and the software itself. The games, as well as the casino software itself, work just as well as in any other Playtech casino. Although that's really the only positive experience I've ever had at Casino Bellini....

Denn ich habe bei keinem sonstigen Playtechcasino auch nur annähernd so negative erfahrungen gemacht. -zum einen fängt es damit an, dass es das Casino Bellini damals wie heute immer noch lediglich nur als Download Casino gibt. Man ist also stets daran gebunden, erst einmal ein Programm runter zu laden und dieses zu installieren. Es gibt keine Instandplay online alternative. -Wie in fast allen Playtech casinos leider üblich, ist auch im Casino Bellini der live Support chat sehr penetrant. Sobald man sich einloggt öffnet sich sofort ein Chat Fenster und man wird sofort "ungefragt" mit einzahlungs Bonus angeboten Bombardiert, sobald man dieses Fenster schließt, dauert es keine 2 Minuten, bis es von alleine wieder aufgeht. Das ist meiner Meinung nach ein absolutes no go. Denn ein guter Support kann zwar gerne auf anfrage oder am ende eines Chat Gesprächs ein Angebot machen, aber auf gar keinen Fall unaufgefordert derart Penetrant selbst nach dem 2. nein danke immer noch weiter zu machen, grenzt schon fast an Stalking. -Ich hatte damals kurz nach meiner Anmeldung innerhalb von einer woche schon so viele spam emails (ähnliche wie im chat), dass es mich direkt schon genervt hat. Ich habe dann einige male weiterhin noch emails von diesem casino bekommen obwohl ich mehrmals unten in einer jeden email auf "to unsubscribe from newsletter" geklickt habe. und die email adresse vom absender selber auch in meinem postfach blockiert jedoch sind zwischendurch immer neue absender dazu gekommen. Ich bin absolut genervt vom casino belllini und muss ehrlich sagen, dass es an den spielen und an der Software selber nichts auszusetzen gibt. Die Spiele sowie die Casino Software selber, funktioniert genauso gut wie in jedem anderen Playtech Casino auch. I was introduced to Bellini Casino, which they call their 'boutique' casino, by one of the sister casino, cannot recall if it was Tropez or Europa. Initially meant for the more serious players, the minimum deposit at that time was $50, nothing less! I deposited, took their generous 200% bonus and played it all to zero....

From there on, I became a regular player, but only when offered with such big bonuses. Anything less than that, "no thanks!". Then, no more such good bonuses, so I stopped. Generally, a good and reliable casino, as with all their sister casinos too, but their regular bonus offers are really pathetic! 10%, 15%, 30%...geeees...these are chicken feed to me, so I never take them up. I'll start playing at Bellini again when they show me big bonuses!

Bellini is probably one of my top 3 favorite Playtech casinos. I play there regularly and have only good emotions. Support is good, download works great and variety of games is wonderful. The withdrawals aren’t fast because of the pending period, but other than that they are great.
Avoid this site like the plague it has extremely bad reviews across the internet and is part of the playtech rogue group of casinos. Casino Bellini, on the other hand, is the only playtech casino (at least the only playtech casino I know of) that differs from the other Playtech casinos. Because I have never had such a negative experience at any other Playtech casino. -On the one hand, it starts with the fact that Casino Bellini is only available as a download casino, just as it is today. So you are always bound to download and install a program first. There is no Instandplay online alternative. -As is unfortunately usual in almost all Playtech casinos, the live support chat is also very penetrating at Casino Bellini. As soon as you log in, a chat window opens immediately and you are immediately offered a deposit bonus "without being asked". In my opinion, this is an absolute no-go. Because a good support can make an offer on request or at the end of a chat conversation, but in no case unsolicited so pushy to continue even after the 2nd no thanks is almost bordering on stalking. -I had so many spam emails (similar to chat) within a week of registering that I was immediately annoyed. I immediately unsubscribed from all promotional subscription newsletters and then I immediately classified the email addresses as spam and blocked the sender. A few months later I received an email from Casino Bellini for the first time, which said that I hadn't logged into my account for a few months and a lot has changed since then, and Casino Bellini has changed I would be very happy about a renewed visit, a free bonus was credited to my account, which I only need to collect in the live chat...... I then only remembered on the casino's website that it was about this casino acts. However, since I have often had the experience that a casino made a rather negative impression on me at the beginning and it is not uncommon for a casino to improve over time, I have again unbiased in this case dared to try again. I downloaded and installed the software again, arrived at the casino, I didn't have to look for a contact as usual because the chat window comes up all by itself...^^ I then asked in the chat about the free bonus, which is only available in the email was offered/promised. The support employee, who answered me in German with hello Katja, how are you today? then all of a sudden he doesn't say German. And write me in English what an insanely great deposit bonus I could get. the same as usual.... when i asked about the bonus in english, it was first discreetly ignored and I was given another deposit offer, if I said no, thank you, I would like to claim the free bonus first, then all of a sudden there was no answer for a few minutes, then at some point when I asked, she just forwarded it to the appropriate department and I would get an answer via email... but in the meantime I could also claim the great deposit bonus ..... then of course I didn't pay in and waited for the email reply, which came 2 days later and said that the bonus offer was unfortunately no longer valid because it was only available for 48 hours. But since I asked about it in the chat just under an hour after receiving the email, I naturally felt very taken for a fool when the support who only answered 2 1/2 days later wrote me via email that the offer is no longer valid. Thereupon I immediately asked for my account and all my customer data to be deleted with immediate effect. then there was no direct answer. A few weeks later I suddenly got an advertisement for another casino (again with a new/different email address, which of course was then put on the block list as number 4) in the email it was written in large letters at the top Casino Bellini recommends.. ... a short time later I even got emails from this casino itself, although I didn't even click on the link or ever registered in this casino and I didn't register anywhere for advertising! So instead of being deleted, my data was passed on or used for a sister casino, for which I never gave my ok, nor did I ever ask for it. I then continued to receive emails from this casino several times, although I clicked on "to unsubscribe from newsletter" several times at the bottom of each email. and the e-mail address of the sender himself is also blocked in my mailbox, but in the meantime new senders have always been added. I am absolutely annoyed by casino belllini and have to honestly say that there is nothing wrong with the games and the software itself. The games, as well as the casino software itself, work just as well as in any other Playtech casino. Although that's really the only positive experience I've ever had at Casino Bellini....

Man ist also stets daran gebunden, erst einmal ein Programm runter zu laden und dieses zu installieren. Es gibt keine Instandplay online alternative. -Wie in fast allen Playtech casinos leider üblich, ist auch im Casino Bellini der live Support chat sehr penetrant. Sobald man sich einloggt öffnet sich sofort ein Chat Fenster und man wird sofort "ungefragt" mit einzahlungs Bonus angeboten Bombardiert, sobald man dieses Fenster schließt, dauert es keine 2 Minuten, bis es von alleine wieder aufgeht. Das ist meiner Meinung nach ein absolutes no go. Darauf hin habe ich sofort darum gebeten das absofort mein account sowie all meine Kundendaten zu löschen. darauf kam dann erstmal keine direkte Antwort mehr. ein paar wochen später habe ich dann auf einmal werbung für ein anderes casino bekommen (wieder mit einer neuen/anderen email adresse die dann natürlich als nr 4 auf die block liste gesetzt wurde) in der email stand ganz groß oben drüber casino bellini empfiehlt..... kurze zeit später habe ich sogar von diesem casino selber emails bekommen obwohl ich nicht einmal auch nur auf den link geklickt habe bzw mich jemals in diesem casino angemeldet habe und auch nirgendwo für werbung eingetragen habe! somit wurden meine daten anstatt gelöscht auch noch weiter gegeben bzw für ein Geschwiste casino verwenndet wofür ich auch weder jemals mein ok gegeben genauso wenig jemals darum gebeten habe. Ich habe dann einige male weiterhin noch emails von diesem casino bekommen obwohl ich mehrmals unten in einer jeden email auf "to unsubscribe from newsletter" geklickt habe. und die email adresse vom absender selber auch in meinem postfach blockiert jedoch sind zwischendurch immer neue absender dazu gekommen. Ich bin absolut genervt vom casino belllini und muss ehrlich sagen, dass es an den spielen und an der Software selber nichts auszusetzen gibt. Die Spiele sowie die Casino Software selber, funktioniert genauso gut wie in jedem anderen Playtech Casino auch. Wobei das auch wirklich das einzige ist, was ich jemals an positiven erfahrungen im casino Bellini sammeln konnte....

I was introduced to Bellini Casino, which they call their 'boutique' casino, by one of the sister casino, cannot recall if it was Tropez or Europa. I then left it on my shelf as a boutique decor! Much later on, after several requests from me, Bellini started offering 100% and 150% bonuses as an incentive to carry on playing. From there on, I became a regular player, but only when offered with such big bonuses. Anything less than that, "no thanks!". Then, no more such good bonuses, so I stopped. Generally, a good and reliable casino, as with all their sister casinos too, but their regular bonus offers are really pathetic! 10%, 15%, 30%...geeees...these are chicken feed to me, so I never take them up. I'll start playing at Bellini again when they show me big bonuses!

Bellini is probably one of my top 3 favorite Playtech casinos. I play there regularly and have only good emotions. Support is good, download works great and variety of games is wonderful. The withdrawals aren’t fast because of the pending period, but other than that they are great.
