    Classy Coin has earned a well-deserved spot on LCB’s Warning List along with the other Revenue Jet brands including Onbling, Loco Panda, Grand Parker and Ruby Royal. The group has been given ample opportunities to make good on player complaints, of which there are many, but they’ve failed to respond to simple emails and forum posts. As juicy as the bonuses appear to be, we encourage players to avoid this casino.

    Integrity/Trustworthiness

    The lack of integrity across all Revenue Jet brands is apparent when they stop responding to player complaints and even communications from the LCB team. Clearly they know that players are on to them and it’s no wonder with the way they do business. There are several red flags within the terms and conditions but with that said, they implement practices that aren’t even stated in the T&C’s. You would think that conducting security and verification checks shows steps in the right direction but not when its takes 6 months to complete.

    Complaints

    The first complaints started immediately when the casino rep joined the forum in 2012 but he was quick to respond to many of them.The laundry list of issues with the entire Revenue Jet group comes down to the stalling tactics and failure to pay.

    Players have complained about logging out and returning the following day only to find that they have a zero balance in their accounts. The rep has given excuses banning due to excessive accounts etc. but with the history of this group we have to wonder how often that is really the case.

    Even players that have complied with every request from the casino have still experienced delays. These delays can last months, which is unacceptable. Documents are being sent in and not being reviewed or deemed invalid so players are required to resend and wait. Some casino customers have made an initial deposit only to have their accounts closed and waited weeks to receive their deposit back.

    One player took the welcome bonus from Grand Parker, also a Revenue Jet brand, and was told that his documentation was approved and a withdrawal request could be made. Once the cashout was requested he received an email stating that his account was selected for a “random security check”, which would take up to 60 days to complete. The shady tactics effect amount as small as $25 up to thousands.

    Withdrawals/Terms

    Take note of #12 of the T&C’s with regard to the approval of withdrawals.

    “Custom approval: Based on player status such as a VIP player, all withdrawals requested will be reviewed, approved or denied within 6 business days of the request being made.”

    VIP players must wait six days, as if that’s some sort of special treatment, while the rest of the players are subject to a 10 day review process. Too bad they can’t even follow this rule.

    “13. Some bonuses may include cashout limits on winnings which are equal to 10 times the amount of a player’s deposit. The casino reserves the right to exercise this limitation at its discretion. Cashout limits will be determined by casino management according to a player’s level and recent account activity. Any account may be subject to review. While under review, any pending withdrawal request may be reversed with the requested amount returned to the player’s account.”

      I have played Achilles at Classy coin so many times that I can tell this: The game is manipulated! Don't spend any money at this casino, cause if the other games are set up in the same way you will never win anything big from it. I know the game after playing it hundrereds of times at different casinos and at Classy coin it always act weard. That is my opinion. Anyone else with similar experience?

      They are quite generous with no deposit offers. I played there once with a free chip and met the wagering. Then I read numerous amount of bad reviews and decided to not deposit there to get my withdrawal. The thing is that minimum withdrwal was 100$ and the free xhip max cashout was 40$, they wanted for me to deposit there 60$ and send documents and only then cashout would be processed. I do not trust them and I suggest not to deposit there.

      This one is probably one of the worst places I played online. You'll get a promo emails from them every day with some no deposit or deposit bonuses but if you win you'll not get paid ever. I once played with bonus they offered me through my email but lost it and then I exchanged loyalty points for cash and played with it. After few hours of play I got my balance up to 600$ and asked for withdrawal. Seven days later I got an email from them where was stated that my account was randomly selected for some security checks and that this will be done in 60 days. I waited for about a month and then sent a email to see if anything has changed, but instead of anything good they sent me email where they notify me that I wont be paid...Nice. Hope no one will make a mistake and deposit at this place or its sisters sites.

      I can't say anything bad about this place, so far anyway. They offer some attractive deposit bonus's as well as cashback on your deposit. There customer service is better then some but average. I have yet been able to cashout here yet, but other then that they are not so bad.

      Yep,another casino rogue.If you dont know the truth about them you will deposit there for sure because of the incredible promotions they have to offer.Belive me i know alot of people who never succeded to withdraw the winnings.I advice you to stay away from them.Tell me what casino has 7 days pending time frame.And after those 7 days they are begining to excuse,"We are sorry but now there is some security checking of the accounts",untill there you cannot withdraw,etc...

      I does not get any worse than this. Do yourself a favor. Rather than deposit here give the money to you local animal shelter, homeless shelter, or beggar on the street. This operation is purely rogue. All you need to do is read their term and conditions and this is evident. If you dare to even get slightly up in their casino they will look for a reason to lock your account.

      Interesting casino. I played there about 2 months ago. Got no deposit bonus and lost all money in 30 minutes. Bad luck on me. But I don't get this one : Cashout Time:Long delays and non payments. For now I am scared from this casino. How long are these delays? And there are no payments? 1 star from me.

      I have deposited at this casino several times. They do send me a lot of email with deposit bonuses that are ok, but nothing special. They do have promotions from time to time that are enticing somewhat, but not enough for me to go back again right now. I have also heard through the grapevine as well as from forum members that their withdrawal process leaves something to be desired. I hear they can give many excuses when dragging out payouts and the time frame can be well over two weeks. This is a pet peeve with me. If I win, I want my money quickly. I don't ask to play and pay later. I know they certainly wouldn't allow that request. In my opinion, you can do better in just about every aspect of play. But I must say that I haven't heard any one say that even eventually they did not get paid. So there ya go, my opinion.
