Classy Coin has earned a well-deserved spot on LCB’s Warning List along with the other Revenue Jet brands including Onbling, Loco Panda, Grand Parker and Ruby Royal. The group has been given ample opportunities to make good on player complaints, of which there are many, but they’ve failed to respond to simple emails and forum posts. As juicy as the bonuses appear to be, we encourage players to avoid this casino.
The lack of integrity across all Revenue Jet brands is apparent when they stop responding to player complaints and even communications from the LCB team. Clearly they know that players are on to them and it’s no wonder with the way they do business. There are several red flags within the terms and conditions but with that said, they implement practices that aren’t even stated in the T&C’s. You would think that conducting security and verification checks shows steps in the right direction but not when its takes 6 months to complete.
The first complaints started immediately when the casino rep joined the forum in 2012 but he was quick to respond to many of them.The laundry list of issues with the entire Revenue Jet group comes down to the stalling tactics and failure to pay.
Players have complained about logging out and returning the following day only to find that they have a zero balance in their accounts. The rep has given excuses banning due to excessive accounts etc. but with the history of this group we have to wonder how often that is really the case.
Even players that have complied with every request from the casino have still experienced delays. These delays can last months, which is unacceptable. Documents are being sent in and not being reviewed or deemed invalid so players are required to resend and wait. Some casino customers have made an initial deposit only to have their accounts closed and waited weeks to receive their deposit back.
One player took the welcome bonus from Grand Parker, also a Revenue Jet brand, and was told that his documentation was approved and a withdrawal request could be made. Once the cashout was requested he received an email stating that his account was selected for a “random security check”, which would take up to 60 days to complete. The shady tactics effect amount as small as $25 up to thousands.
Take note of #12 of the T&C’s with regard to the approval of withdrawals.
“Custom approval: Based on player status such as a VIP player, all withdrawals requested will be reviewed, approved or denied within 6 business days of the request being made.”
VIP players must wait six days, as if that’s some sort of special treatment, while the rest of the players are subject to a 10 day review process. Too bad they can’t even follow this rule.
“13. Some bonuses may include cashout limits on winnings which are equal to 10 times the amount of a player’s deposit. The casino reserves the right to exercise this limitation at its discretion. Cashout limits will be determined by casino management according to a player’s level and recent account activity. Any account may be subject to review. While under review, any pending withdrawal request may be reversed with the requested amount returned to the player’s account.”
