Aside from slow withdrawals players are now reporting "security checks" which can take from 60-90 days. During this time players are not allowed to cash-out.     Overview

    After giving Grand Parker and other Revenue Jet brands the opportunity to resolve player issues and redeem themselves, the group has not been cooperative. The casino is now on LCB’s Warning List along with Onbling, Loco Panda, Classy Coin and Ruby Royal. These casinos accept American players but the complaints have not only come from the US. Players have been drawn to the massive bonuses only to discover that they cannot get paid if they win.

    Integrity/Trustworthiness

    Owner Milore Limited is not only associated with the Affactive Group, which is another rogue operation, but there is no record of it being registered in Curacao. The casino rep joined the LCB forum in 2012 and offered to assist players with payment issues. In some cases, issues were resolved early on eventually the rep was unable to provide any assistance and even stopped responding to both players and the LCB team. If the rep can’t resolve issues within their own brand then we have a problem. All the casinos within this group seem to make it up as they go along and no one seems to know what’s going on.

    Complaints

    Posts to our Direct Casino Support topic began as soon as the Revenue Jet rep registered. The complaints involved issues with customer service and non-payment. One of the more mild stories involved a player who contacted Grand Parker support several times seeking information concerning account verification. After verifying information over and over, the player had received no replies from the finance department. It wasn’t until the player contacted the casino rep on LCB that the issue was resolved.

    Another LCB member had been waiting over a month to receive a third payout by check as was the story with several other members. With regard to withdrawals, the rep said “it depends on player status, people with many transactions and good history won't have any issues, and moreover--There are people that are approved for a lot more--All depends in individual cases and no single term can be applicable for all, and hence the "up to $3000" term.” This is a good example of unclear terms and conditions.

    Non-payment issues affect even the smallest of withdrawal requests. Players have reported making initial deposits only to find that their accounts were then locked and the casino stalls in returning the deposit.

    Withdrawals/Terms

    Players are naturally attracted to the largest bonuses and all the casinos within the Revenue Jet group offers some serious bonuses but they also have some serious strings. #12 of the terms and conditions is absolutely unheard of.

    “Custom approval: Based on player status such as a VIP player, all withdrawals requested will be reviewed, approved or denied within 6 business days of the request being made.”

    A six day review process is for VIP’s while the rest of the players are subject to a 10 day review process.

    “13. Some bonuses may include cashout limits on winnings which are equal to 10 times the amount of a player’s deposit. The casino reserves the right to exercise this limitation at its discretion. Cashout limits will be determined by casino management according to a player’s level and recent account activity. Any account may be subject to review. While under review, any pending withdrawal request may be reversed with the requested amount returned to the player’s account.”

    The T&C’s, silly as they may be, may as be non-existent since the casino does whatever they like whenever they like.

      When this casino first opened I signed up and played with a no deposit bonus. I did well but couldn't make the playthrough. So a couple of days later I made a deposit, with a deposit bonus and I played even better the second time around. Still no restraint and I lost everything. Well I made a few more deposits here and there and I've done well on those deposits, I haven't had the opportunity to cash out as of yet. I've dealt with customer service and have had no problems in that department.

      I've played here in the past, only because they offered some nice deposit bonus's. I wasn't very impressed with the level of customer service I received. I did make playthrough on a free chip only to find out that I would need to deposit before I could cashout because my last transaction was a freechip. I should mention that I had deposited quite a bit before that free chip but rules are rules so they tell me. I don't play there anymore.

      The fist time i start playing in the casino whit a bonus. lost it all. Second time i tried i won 1000$ on VP with a royal flush and 800$ on green light. Cool hey? not at all. It was my second bonus and did not make a depot before. So i lost it all .So never forget to make your depot before you take a free bonus.

      grand parker is very friendly casino room if i am not wrong old just 1 year online having fast payments but the verification process must be passed then games offered are very good and i like them and ejoy, software is downloading fast and without problems same with registration

      There is one really bad comment here among them all, that is not good, I have not deposited here yet, I remember when they were having troubles with their casinos they were emailing... free chips, they sure had a few, that was fun to play with, I am not sure about this casino, the color depressed me a bit but that is just me, I would still play if it paid, wont find that out unless I deposit and play, Gloriabe
