Dine at La Fregate, noon to 2:30 pm and 7 pm to 10:30 pm, closed Sunday evening until Tuesday at noon. Come Tuesdays, with salsa music and dance out on the terrace. The Michelin-star La Reserve de Nice offers panoramic views across the sea as you dine on their terrace. For small, yet charming environs, there’s the Diamant Noir. Find menu items like foie gras, risotto and sweet breads in Don Camillo Creations. Try along the promenade or the pedestrian zone for more options and a broader selection of both international and authentic French cuisine.

Attractions/NightLife

Nice is a prominent tourist destination and you won't be lacking for bars and clubs come nightfall. Try L’Effervescence, a champagne bar, High Club, essentially 2 clubs in 1, Les Smarties for cocktails and a retro-feel, Studio 47, Baroque Bar, or Le Staccato. Day or night, enjoy a stroll down Promenade des Anglais. Head to Zone Pietonne (pedestrian zone), with its restaurants, cafes, bakeries and ideal for people-watching. For a bit of culture, there’s the Opera de Nice, built in the 19th century, hosting regular performances. Other attractions include the Musee Massena, the Marche aux Fleurs (flower market), Jardin Botanique de Nice (the botanical gardens) and Fort of Mont Alban. You can always opt to head to the waterfront, taking leisurely strolls or a quick dip, weather permitting.
