Casino de Pau

Pau is a French commune and prefecture of the department of Pyrenees-Atlantiques, located in the region of Aquitaine. Since 1464, it has been the capital of Bearn. The city’s motto is ‘urbis palladium and gentis’, meaning ‘protector of the city and its people’. Other attractions include the Chateau de Pau, Musee Bernadotte, the National Museum, the inter-cultural centre Les Abattoirs, the Inter-Regional Dimension Library and the Cinema Art and Essay Le Melies.
