Spielbank Berlin has several branches throughout the country. The company was founded in 1975 by a group of ten partners. This location is not only home to many types of gambling but it also has its own entertainment venue called Sternberg Theatre. There are gift packages available and the casino is also home to the Triple A Series Poker tournament.

Gaming

The casino opens at 11:00 am daily with the Casino Royal opening at 3.00 pm, the Pokerfloor tournaments and cash game begin at 6:00 pm and at 3.00 pm on weekends. Casino Royal requires a business casual dress code while more casual dress is allowed in other areas of the casino including the Pokerfloor. Available Table Games include Blackjack and Roulette. Cash games and tournaments run daily in the poker room, Pokerfloor. Players can take part in tournaments to qualify for the exclusive Triple A Series Poker tournament. The new season begins every February. Slots are available in a variety of themes by various providers. Gaming machines start with denominations as low at 1 cent. In addition to Video Slots, other electronic gaming includes Caribbean poker, Baccarat, Sic Bo and electronic Roulette. The Casino Royal's Baccara Bar on the second floor offers a variety of spirits from around the world. Take a look at the menu, which offers a range of dishes including pasta, salads and steaks. Food can be ordered in the bar or if you prefer, you can order and be served directly at your gaming table on the poker floor.

Entertainment/Nightlife

Sternberg is a 1,000 square meter entertainment venue located on the first floor of the casino and is one of the best in Berlin. Several celebrities including Karl Lagerfeld, Berlin's governing mayor, Heidi Klum and Thomas Gottschalk have been to the Sternberg. All sorts of event shave been held here and the casino has an in-house catering team to serve guests.

Rewards/Deals

Register for the Player Club and save on your entrance fee each time you visit the casino. Members can also present their card and avoid having to show ID on each visit. As a member, you also have the opportunity to be invited to the Gala Gambling Night held two times a year.
