Located in Managua, the largest, most populous and capital city of Nicaragua is the Managua Princess Casino. Pop in for slots, table games and even free bingo. A geographical highlight of the city are the lagoons scattered throughout the city, primarily found in the Tiscapa Lagoon Natural Reserve. These beautiful natural wonders were created from volcanoes some 10,000 years ago. If you’re interested in the architecture of the city, check out St James Cathedral, designed and shipped from Belgium back in 1920. One of the oldest yet undamaged buildings from the 1972 earthquake would be the National Palace. For monuments, visit Monumento al Liberalismo, built in the 1930’s. The city is considered the cultural capital and as such there's any number of attractions, bars and restaurants to be found in the city.

Gaming

Managua Princess Casino is arguably the largest and most up-to-date casino in the country, with its 250 slot machines and video poker terminals. There’s also a selection of table games which include 3 Caribbean poker, 3 blackjack, 2 Texas Hold’em and 2 roulette wheels available for play after 2 pm. They are also the only casino in the city to offer free bingo daily with cash prizes. The casino has various promotions and draws such as their cash prize raffle every Friday night. Be sure to talk to casino staff to see what events may be running during your stay.

Hotel/Accommodations

There are no hotels on site, however just next door to the casino you can find the Holiday Inn & Convention Centre Managua. The hotel has 150 rooms and 5 suites equipped with free wireless internet access, 37” cable tvs and air conditioning. Alternately, walk into the downtown core looking for and staying at any of several other options.

Dining

For breakfasts, lunches and dinners either a la carte or buffet, there’s Anfora Restaurant, open 7 am until 11 pm. Dishes come in international flavours. For lunch and dinners BBQ style, eat out by the pool at Churrasqueria. Managua is flush with restaurants. Walk through the city finding your own favourite venue dishing up authentic Nicaraguan cuisine or ask hotel and casino staffs for recommendations on eateries popular with locals and tourists.

Attractions/NightLife

For drinks, enjoy them back at the hotel or maybe try Sunrise Bar. They offer karaoke Wednesdays and Fridays and have happy hour daily. The city has several bars and night clubs. Simply walk around and find the one you’re most interested in frequenting. For an afternoon out, check out the lagoons in the city, particularly in the Tiscapa Lagoon Natural Reserve. For architecture, there’s the National Palace and St James Cathedral. To walk through history visit the National Palace of Culture, the National Museum, the National Library and the Monumento al Liberalismo. For the arts, there’s the Ruben Dario National Theatre. If you happen to be traveling during August, check out the nearly month long Santo Domingo de Guzman festival.

Rewards/Deals

The casino does not currently have any player rewards systems in place. They do run contests and promotions from time to time. Take special note of their large cash prize raffles held every Friday. Pick up extra cash if you happen to win during their free bingo held daily.
