JACK Cleveland Casino

Formerly Horseshoe Casino, this location underwent a rebranding in May of 2016, converting to JACK Cleveland Casino, from JACK Entertainment. Much of the changes were add-ons, and upgrades to what Horseshoe already had to offer, including improved Slots and technology. Additionally, much of the transformation remained internal, aside from a new logo on the outside of the facility. It is conveniently located in downtown Cleveland, promising visitors a wealth of excitement. There will still be no hotel on the property, but guests can look forward to some of the most elegant hotels, conveniently located just a short walking distance from the casino. The casino floor boasts over 1,000 gaming machines, and a number of live-action Table Games. The property is also equipped with a total of four dining options, in addition to bars & lounges. The city of Cleveland is also home to a variety of attractions, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Botanical Garden, Greater Cleveland Aquarium, and more.

Gaming

Players can look forward to an even selection of gaming opportunities that have seen some improvements, mostly in regards to the Slot collection. No matter what types of games you prefer, there is a little something to suit the needs of all here. Over 1,500 Slots are on offer, including nearly 200 Video Poker machines. Denominations range from $500. A High Limit gaming area is also designated for those who prefer placing higher bets. Impressive Jackpots can also be earned via the casino’s in-house linked, and standalone Progressive Jackpots. Hotel Accommodations

The casino does not offer its guests any hotel accommodations, but visitors will have plenty of options located throughout the Cleveland area. Nearby hotels include Hampton Inn, Cleveland Marriott, Aloft, The Westin, Holiday Inn, and many others. Low-budget, mid-range, and upscale options can all be found. Each are equipped with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Dining

There are four restaurants on the property, consisting of mostly casual options. A buffet is available, offering a wide assortment of cuisines to suit a number of palettes. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so visitors can grab a bite at any time of day. Fresh sandwiches are served daily at Corky & Lenny’s while meat lovers will rejoice at Iron Chef, Michael Symon’s on-site restaurant, The B Spot, for burgers, brats and beer.

Entertainment/Nightlife

Visitors will have access to plenty of nightlife options, with Vintage 51 located right off the casino floor, delivering a vast selection of wines and craft beers. In addition to other hot spots on site, perfect for a cocktail and great music, players can also look forward to a number of options in an around downtown Cleveland.

Rewards Deals

Players can sign up for ClubJACK, the casino’s lucrative rewards program. It is made up of four levels: J-just getting warmed up, A-all in, and then some, C-center of attention, and K-kings live like this. Members will have the ability to accumulate points toward comps and free play. Each level beyond ‘J,’ is equipped with privileges that are just a little sweeter than the last batch. Because the rewards program has transferred over from Caesar’s Total Rewards, members who were a part of this program, prior to the rebrand, can still look forward to their points being honored at all Caesar’s-owned locations.
