Terrible's Travel Center Casino is a casino that is in joint ownership with the Flying J Travel Center as well as the Denny's Family Restaurants location all on the same property. Compared to other travel center casinos, this one is somewhat sizeable and offers more of the amenities found in typical casinos, such as a bar and alcohol service. In addition to these offerings, this location offers a lounge with sofas for road weary truckers and tourists alike who need to relax, and if you drink one too many, no worries, you're welcome to keep your vehicle there overnight at no charge...even sleeping in it if you have to! This location is also proud to feature DirectTV with a wide variety of movie channels, so you can sit back and relax from your trip, for whatever reason you're driving. There are also showers available as well as laundry service, and free wireless internet. As anyone who has ever been to a Flying J would expect, there is a sizable convenience store that offers everything a traveler could possibly need.

Gaming

With 130 machines, this gaming offerings in this casino are unique compared to other truck stop type casinos. In addition to the fact that the range of slot, video poker and video keno machines is more bountiful than most, this location sees a good deal of traffic, and is therefore inclined (and able) to swap in the newest and best machines. An example of such a machine is the virtual blackjack machine there, which plays somewhat like regular blackjack, only there is an automated dealer on the screen and the cards are electronic. As mentioned before, unlike some other travel stop casinos, this one has full alcohol service in the casino. Given the unique offerings and similarity to a larger casino, if you're on the road going through Fernley, Nevada, we must recommend this as an ideal place to stop, fuel up, and play a little!
