Mr. B's Casino is a small casino located within a Travel Center of America location located in Imlay, Nevada. Therefore, if you call the listed number, don't be surprised when someone from the phone is answered by a Travel Center of America employee, simply ask to be transferred to the casino. Travel Centers of America, along with Pilot and Flying J, are possibly the three largest nation-wide truck stops and fueling stations, by number. These locations are popular for having a wide variety of hot foods, a convenience store, and usually, one or two popular chain restaurants or fast food locations. This casino is also located on the same premises of the Imlay Super 8 Hotel, however, the casino, the hotel and the truck stop itself are all separately operating business entities. This location has all of the truck stop and gas station amenities one would expect including: showers, laundry, free overnight parking and various mail services.

Gaming

The Alamo Casino features ninety-two of the latest and greatest slot machines, video poker and video keno games. In addition to the gaming, this is one of only a handful of truck stop type locations that has a full bar along with bartop video poker machines, making this a popular stop along the road.

Hotel/Accommodations

This is a shared physical property along with the Imlay Super 8 location, which operates as a separate business entity, and has fifty guest rooms. The casino, in and of itself, does not operate a hotel.

The overall property is home to an American style restaurant called, The Fork in the Road. This restaurant is renowned by locals and travelers alike for having speedy and courteous service, a clean atmosphere, and decent, if not limited food selection.

Entertainment/Nightlife

Unfortunately, besides the casino and the bar therewithin, there's not much of a nightlife in this location primarily because it operates mainly as a truck stop and travel center.
