Palomar Card Club is considered the “home of the no limit”. Ideally situated, it is located in San Diego and is close to Downtown and Hotel Circle. Locals and tourists visit with an exclusive card room only venue. The intimate setting is a freestanding building, cheerful and will lit. The card room is large and spacious and signing up or any game is as simple as stepping up to the podium. Players must be at least 21 to enter or play. Parking is ample and valet is also available. The non-smoking Casino does offer smoking areas in the front and back of Card Room. 2 ATM machines are located on the premises.

Gaming

There are five card game variations to choose from. Texas Hold’em Limit starts at $3/$6 with full kill and $30 unlimited buy-in. No Limit Texas Hold’em has blinds $2/3, $5/10 and $1-/20 with buy-ins starting at $30 to $1,000 unlimited. Mixed Games are a popular favorite with $200-$300 and $4,000 minimum by-in. Pot Limit Omaha offers $1,000 minimum buy-in with $10/20 blinds. Half & Half is part Pot Limit Omaha and No Limit Hold’em. Buy-in for this game is $1,000. Daily Tournaments start at 10am Monday through Friday with Weekend Tournaments on Saturday and Sunday with a $2,000 Guaranteed prize pool. The rake is $5 per hand and all tables have the Shuffle Master Shuffling Machine.

Hotel Accommodations

Palomar Card Room does not have a hotel at their facility. Conveniently located in the city of San Diego it is ideal for tourism and a wide range of hotels in and around the area. Accommodations vary from budget to luxurious.

Dining

There is no sit down restaurant at Palomar Card Room. However there is a fairly large selection of food items available from the deli case ranging from sandwiches, salads, lasagna and cheese cake as well as a vending machine. For big appetites the staff will order and pick up a meal from restaurants’ in the vicinity.

Entertainment/Nightlife

Palomar is strictly a Card room and does not offer an entertainment or nightlife venue. Its location is in close vicinity to local night clubs, restaurants and bars. San Diego landmarks and tourist attractions are highlighted throughout this well-known travelled city.

Rewards Deals

Palomar Card Club does not currently offer a Rewards program, however, there are promotional incentives that are quite lucrative. The Early Bird Special offer s$40 Bonus play after playing from 9-12. Play in the Live Poker Room for 90 minutes and get $5 off food and drinks. 3-6 Limit players receive $20 in food comps throughout the day. Progressive Jackpot specials award qualifying losing hand with 40% and winning hand with 20% and remaining qualified players at the table with split 40%.
