    Overview

    Owned by Milore Limited, Loco Panda is among the shady list of Revenue Jet clients, which also includes OnBling Casino, Grand Parker Casino, Classy Coin and Ruby Royal Casino. Despite having a casino rep onboard, the complaints began surfacing regarding delays in receiving payouts. It wasn’t long before the casino was finding excuses to deny withdrawals entirely and even introduced so-called “security checks”. Over the years players have been drawn to the large bonuses but they have predatory terms and conditions associated with them. In this case the offers were too good to be true.

    Integrity/Trustworthiness

    Milore Limited is not a licensed company and has ties to the Affactive Group, which is another rogue operation. They offer 24/7 support but players are unable to get anywhere with the reps. Not only are they coming up with ways to avoid paying players but their rules are completely void of fairness considering that the casino claims that fairness is of the “utmost importance”.

    Complaints

    A rep from Revenue Jet registered with our forum in March 2012 and remained on top of player inquiries, mostly related to payment issues. There is no doubt that there were some concerns with this casino but early on many of them were resolved by the rep. This changed and they eventually landed on LCB’s Warning List. As a group, Revenue Jets stopped responding to our communications as well as those of other affiliates.     Complaints began rolling in when the rep registered with LCB. We’ve had several players who have registered simply to report issues with this casino. In 2012 a player reported being owed $2,500, which they never received from Loco Panda.

    Yet another player reported making an initial deposit and having their account locked for security reasons. The player received the following message from the Loco Panda finance department:

    “Please be advised that we are unable to approve your withdrawal request for $121.

    Please be advised that due to Terms and Conditions only one free bonus can be claimed on any account.

    'Kindly note that you have used more than one free bonus.

    We have reset your account balance and re-credited your account with your deposit in the amount of $21 in accordance with the casino’s Terms and Conditions."

    The casino took nearly one month to process the refund.

    One casino player’s account was closed in January 2014 and 6 months later his deposit had still not been returned. The casino rep was unable to assist the player and said it needed to be resolved within the finance department.

    Withdrawals/Terms

    Right off the bat, players are notified of a long withdrawal process with the following statement in #12 of the terms and conditions:

    “Custom approval: Based on player status such as a VIP player, all withdrawals requested will be reviewed, approved or denied within 6 business days of the request being made.”

    A six day review process is for VIP’s while the rest of the players are subject to a 10 day review process.

    “13. Some bonuses may include cashout limits on winnings which are equal to 10 times the amount of a player’s deposit. The casino reserves the right to exercise this limitation at its discretion. Cashout limits will be determined by casino management according to a player’s level and recent account activity. Any account may be subject to review. While under review, any pending withdrawal request may be reversed with the requested amount returned to the player’s account.”

      FALSE statement their people they are certainly not ROGUE! i first signed up used a 40$ ndb chip. won made wagering. cashed out no problemo, after i filled FAX BACK , all docs sent in. done. i got my first with sent to my bank account ,(bank wire) of 150$ plus 20$- which they asked for deposit -verify purpose only. so total- 170$ wAS BANK WIRED. after that i continued to deposit using different payment methods(online ewallets and cards and such) everythings fine. i won everytime, i cashed out everytime respectively, and such. this is why i cannot believe they r closed omg WHY im sad they are thee BEST!.... than besides that i kept WINNING cashing out on everything this casino gave to me FREESPINS/CHIPS and BI MATCHES okay. than the manager decided to exclude me which was no big deal, only i can only ^play wager my own real funds. at all times i was not allowed any match/spins or anything free. i did however at that point of course forget this casino, right it has nothing to offer me for my money. so if i feel lucky to win deposit i thought for sure place to go. now its closed wow. people may have NOT followed the FULL t&c of any FREE and DEPOSIT bonuses AND THATS why they say its rogue. TRUST ME this is best honest one. cant believe their gone OMG no way

      omg i cant believe they closed. wht, i was a decent depositor, i won on every freechip after deposits. i cashed out everytime , they paid. sure there payments/withdraws were 7-14days long to complete but they always paid. i loved this place even thou the manager restricted my account from matches and chip, due too too much winnings. i always won cashed out at this real time gaming casino. omg, they truly will be missed. of course i could still play but strictly only my own funds. no match deposit bonus ever, no freechip/spins ever.

      worst casino, i had won 700$ with their no deposit bonus but they did not pay i contacted their support they said i had claimed two no deposit bonus in a row but it was not mentioned in their terms then that one cant claim two no deposit bonus in a row i discussed that with their support but of no use. after few days they closed my account.

      I don't know why this casino have only half of star here. I have good experience with this casino. I played here few times, I deposited and withdraw my money few times without any problem. I am not a big fan of their games but they offer great bonuses and that is reason why I played here. I will give them 3 stars.

      I am not surprised they ahve such low score here. I played there once with a free chip and met thw wagering, then the next day my account was with empty balance. I tried to contact support but they never answered so eventually I just gave up. It's just sad that there are people who deposit there and after that gets much disrespect. Altough I wasn't a depositor there, if my experience was good, I would have become.

      I have read many not so good things about this casino, mainly slow payouts. I have played here quite a bit, because they do offer some really good deposit bonus’s with reasonable play through requirements. I was very pleased with the level of customer service, they are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. As for the bad rap they have in regards to cashing out I haven’t been that lucky yet, but I have no complaints to this point.
