I got ahold of another rep rite afterwards who did take the time to help me understand and also agreed that I shouldn't have been misinformed nor rudely disconnected and got me transfered to a manager who refused to reply to my concerns about the rep living to me and the rep rudely disconnecting me. He was extremely short stating rules are rules n nothing else matter. Informing me that I should not have put my trust in there support reps to correctly inform nor help me in any way . The Palace of Chance actually has a decent platform and "feel" to it, however, I did not appreciate how difficult the customer service was in my one and only dealing with them here. I eventually got them to do the right thing, but it took too long and proved too stressful. Casinos are supposed to be a getaway from lifes pressures and not be the cause of them.
