I first noticed the problem when I was waiting for a payment and never got it, at least, not until after a good month had gone by. That is completely unheard of and I thought maybe it had been some kind of fluke. So, I kept playing at the site in hopes that it would not happen again. However, to my disappointment, it did. I tried contacting customer support and constantly received little or no help from them. It was as if they had no time for me. I attempted numerous times to get in contact with them and was met with little in return. The one time I was able to get a hold of someone, they left me waiting, telling me they would get back to me and never. What they do here is totally unacceptable.
