About Club Card

Club Card is a benefit club, based on a loyalty program with one purpose in mind — to reward players through incremental system of point-based rewards.

It is part of the Rewards Program implemented by land-based casinos worldwide, to improve players’ experience through complimentary funds based on the overall volume of their engagement. Programs are usually tiered progressively, with successive and cumulative perks based on collected points.

Members of the Club Card collect their points for each play they make through labeled magnetic cards, either by inserting them into slot machines or presenting to staff prior to any table game.

Cards provide for a portable device used to collect and utilize points, and as a reliable source of payment for discounted and complimentary services at Pechanga Resort & Casino available only to members of this club.

Levels and Benefits

Club Card consists of four levels. To join, you need to be over 21 years of age. If you are, you begin membership with a silver Entry card that entitles you to:

• Collect Status Points that enable progression to the next level;
• Earn Club Dollars based on game type, time played and average bet, AND on resort purchases;
• Invitations to casino events and tournaments;
• Birthday slot tournaments;
• Promotional emails or mail offers based on play;
• 3% discount at Pechanga buffet;
• 3% reduced check cashing fees.

Once you obtain the Entry card, you begin to collect Status Points and start the qualifying period. The former helps you advance to the next level while the latter defines the timeframe for points’ collection.

The qualifying period is universal for all levels:

• Status Points earned from Jan 1st thru June 30th determine your membership status from Aug 1st thru Dec 31st;
• Status Points earned from Aug 1st thru Dec 31st determine your membership status from Jan 1st thru June 30th.

When you earn 50,000 points you qualify for the Gold card that improves benefits of the Entry card to:

• 15% faster earn-rate of Club Dollars;
• 6% discount at Pechanga buffet;
• 3% reduced check cashing fees;
• Play golf at green fee rate — $70 at working days, $90 on weekends;
• Status renewal gift.

Once you reach 150,000 points you qualify for the Platinum card that extends benefits of the Gold card by providing for:

• 30% faster earn-rate of Club Dollars;
• 9% discount at Pechanga buffet;
• 1.5% reduced check cashing fees.
• Play golf at green fee rate — $60 at working days, $80 on weekends;
• Daily complimentary meal;
• Priorities in seating, line- and accesses to cash cages, and check-ins at resort amenities;
• Preferred valet parking.

If you reach 250,000 points you are chosen for the pinnacle Red card that elevate benefits of Gold card with:

• 50% faster earn-rate of Club Dollars;
• 12% discount at Pechanga buffet;
• Play golf at green fee rate — $50 at working days, $75 on weekends;
• Priorities in seating, line- and accesses to cash cages, and check-ins, at resort amenities and on regularly scheduled buses;
• Reserved parking area;
• Dedicated guest services phone line;
• Daily complimentary meal;
• Waived reduced check cashing fees and cash advance fees.

All increasing benefits are non-cumulative and poker games do not earn Club Dollars at an accelerated rate.

Points

As noted, you have two types of points — Status Points and Club Dollars. The Status Points define the club level you’re in. The Club Dollars are goodies you use to collect your benefits.

Members of each level earn Club Dollars for virtually every dollar they play based upon the type of game, length of play, and average wager made.

The Club Dollars are also earned through 5% on resort purchases at resort purchases.

Club Dollars expire after 6 months of gaming inactivity.

You can keep track of your Status Points and Club Dollars, as well as other rewards balances by:

• Inserting the player card into any slot machine;
• Contacting the Club Ambassador at any promotional booth on the premises.

Rewards

In addition to incremental benefits at each level, you can use your Club Dollars by redeeming them (presenting your card and photo ID) for almost any resort service such as: shopping, dining, concert tickets, spa, hotel, gas, and golf purchases. And, of course…

…you can redeem Club Dollars at most slot machines for EasyPlay by entering your four-digit PIN, and downloading them in increments of $1.

Club Dollars cannot be redeemed for alcohol, tobacco, gratuities, and service fees.
