About Premier Rewards

Premier Rewards is a free and user-friendly loyalty program, which empowers regular visitors and players at the Adelaide Casino with access to exclusive draws, events, and promotions.

It is similar to other reward programs implemented by land-based casinos worldwide to improve players’ experience through complimentary funds based on the overall volume of their engagement. Levels and Benefits

Premier Rewards is a multi-tiered program available to patrons of at least 18 years of age. Upon submitting the application (with a suitable photo identification) at the Premier Rewards Desk on the casino’s ground floor, a personalized and non-transferrable membership card is issued to new members.

…they are treated as Temporary Members and issued a Temporary Card with a fixed expiry date. In order to become a full member, a temporary one must accumulate a certain amount of points.

To be able to redeem points, temporary members need to become full members before their temporary status expires.

The nominal entry package of Premier Rewards entitles you to:

• Bigger jackpots and higher bet limits at a range of gaming facilities;
• Discounts on food and at least 10% off beverages at internal outlets;
• At least a 10% discount at the InterContinental and Stamford Plaza Adelaide;
• Discounts on merchandise, gifts, and souvenirs available at the Premier Reward desk;
• Birthday gifts to celebrate your special day;
• Special membership offers and exclusive promotions;
• Invitation-only Premium Gaming Areas.

The membership card also allows for Cashless Gaming, which enables members to credit funds to the card, to debit gaming machine wagers, to credit winnings, and to withdraw funds at the resort.

All funds credited to a card are available for 12 months on a first-in-first-out basis; any funds not debited or withdrawn after 12 months will be forfeited.

Points

Baseline principle of the club is that the more points you earn, the better your benefits are.

You can earn points when gaming, or making food and beverage purchases. With more points accumulated, you progress through program categories which provide for increasing reimbursements. The qualifying and reassessing period for advancement through categories are on a monthly basis (unless stated otherwise).

Points cannot be earned and redeemed in the same transaction. Instead, they can be redeemed immediately in a separate operation.

Rewards

Consisting mainly of complimentary Comp Value, besides stated benefits, rewards can be used practically for any amenity in the resort that supports the Premier Rewards members. In other words, points can be redeemed for rewards provided only by a rewards provider.

Comp Value cannot be utilized on wholesalers, tour companies, free independent travelers, and gift vouchers. Rewards are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash (unless stated otherwise).

Remarks

Premier Rewards program at Adelaide Casino provides casual players with a combination of an improved resort experience with a few gaming benefits.

For astute players, on the other hand, it can be an entry into the invitation-only, luxury world of VIP Gaming that includes personalized gaming machine experience at the Platinum level, the comfort of exclusivity for high-value table players at Grange Room level, or opulent pinnacle of Black level services and benefits.
