Club Grand is a loyalty club that provides members with “rewards better than ever before” and with “benefits that no other players’ club in northern Nevada offers”.

Levels and Benefits

Club Grand consists of six levels. To join, you need to be over 21 years, and if you are, you can begin free membership with a red Select card that entitles you to:

• Points for free play;
• Daily point multipliers;
• Direct mail offers (based on availability);
• Complimentary room, food and beverage services.

When you earn 1,000 points, you qualify for the violet Advantage card that improves benefits of the Select card with:

• Casino Hotel room rate (based on availability);
• Family and friends room discounts (based on availability);
• Free/discount buffet on selected days.

Once you reach 10,000 points, you qualify for the blue Signature card that extends the impact of the Advantage card to:

• VIP parking;
• Summit room preference (based on availability).

If you reach 60,000 points, you are chosen for the white Ultimate card that covers all benefits of Signature card and adds:

• VIP window at select outlets;
• Personal casino host (based on play);
• Private VIP room check-in;
• Preferred late check-out;
• LEX Nightclub line privileges (2/4 max);
• Spa/Fitness Center access (based on availability);
• Complimentary access to the pool (based on availability).

When you collect 200,000 points, you are awarded a yellow Epic card that provides for the Ultimate card benefits, plus:

• The A room upgrade;
• Resort fee waived;
• Grand theatre booth and balcony upgrade (based on availability);
• Next up valet car service;
• Limo service (based on availability);
• Slot machine advanced reservations (an hour max);
• The Pool Cabana and LEX Nightclub table preference;
• Concierge lounge access.

Being part of this Epic community puts you into position to be entered into the pinnacle Infinite card level and enjoy:

• Exclusively gated parking;
• Grand theatre artist meet and greet (based on availability);
• Golf and ski discounts and preferred reservations.

Regardless of the level, all members of the Club Grand are entitled to special offers (based on availability), self comping, kiosk promotions, access to the online account, check cashing (upon approval), Grand Theatre concerts pre-sales, print airline boarding pass, and airport shuttle.

Points

As with a number of similar programs, you have two types of points — status points and Comp Dollars. While the status points define the level you’re in, the Comp Dollars are goodies you use to collect your benefits.

Members of each level earn points for virtually every dollar they play through several different mechanisms:

• At slots and video reels, each 1$ get you one point;
• On video poker, for every 2$ you get one point.

Table games and poker players earn Comp Dollars based on their play.

Additionally, for every 1,000 points you get an extra 1$, while every card level that you achieve get you an Increased Automatic Point Multipliers in accordance with the club cards:

• Select — 1x;
• Advantage — 2x;
• Signature — 3x;
• Ultimate — 4x;
• Epic — 5x;
• Infinite — 6x.

On the other hand, point multiplier promotions and other point adjustments do not apply to tier credits.

Rewards

All benefits of the club are valid for 13 months from the day earned. Afterward, all unused comp rewards expire and are no longer available for redemption.

When it comes to free promotional play, all points can be redeemed by downloading them at select machines at the Club Grand.

Comp Dollars can be used by swiping the club card at any Grand Sierra Resort outlet and at selected retail outlets. In all other outlets, your points and Comp Dollars will be worth fifty cents on the dollar.
