However, months later, an email was sent to the user, claiming the provided verification documents were invalid, after the account had been fully verified several months prior. A total of 6500 euros was held by the casino. One of our forum moderators sent an email followed by a series of reminders to the site, with no reply for nearly a month! Finally, StayBet reached out to the player, dismissing our moderator’s emails, claiming the member had violated terms for using bonus cash to play on a restricted game. The player provided evidence in the form of a screenshot of the site’s T&Cs at the time the bonus was used, in which the game in question is not listed as such. Maybe You should make a thread in the player complaint section of the forum, so that LCB staff can see that you have had an issue, and then if the casino doesn't play ball...
