PROCEED WITH CAUTION playing, depositing and inquiring with reps at Dreams Casino. They do not allow you to claim any bonuses with my experience. I downloaded the software and completed a survey and was offered $31. I could not claim any of them nor communicate via phone or Live Chat.

customer expecting funds should be prepared for a very long period to wait and countless delays. Please dont use this casino, there are so many better options available, no matter where you live. Its basically just donating money to unethical scum. Problem is its the people who dont read this kinda thing that are getting scammer :*(

Withdrawals from this casino is merely a dream as they metaphorically shows in its name :) The original name is Cirrus Casino and they re-branded as Dreams in middle 2015. The affiliate program name is GamblingWagesOnline where belong 9~10 casinos - CoolCat, Slots of Vegas, Wild Vegas, etc. Players must avoid these casino names.

A superb name for a casino but a pity for the bad reputation and comments I have been reading lately. I have played a no deposit bonus here but I fee their wagering on their bonuses are almost impossible to achieve. Another issue with this casino is that their game variety is not good and I find their slots super boring. I will be closing my account at this casino for these reasons and not keen at all to make a deposit here. When playing a variety of slots I honestly didn't have great wins at all which is a great concern.

Please roomies, I just finished reading the other comments on this page,and I was actually horrified to see that a few of the people here actually liked, and recommended playing at Dreams. These people have to be plants from Dreams, or just from the virtual group itself. There is NOTHING good, and NOTHING to be trusted about this casino group. One person said he had no trouble receiving his winnings, and had it in "weeks"!! People, it should NEVER take weeks to receive your money. Ideally, it should take no more then three days. Occasionally, a good casino will take as long as a week to pay out, but that is almost always a paper work issue. Do not be fooled by the few good comments here- these people are nothing short of thieves and liars. Do not "hope for the best" and deposit with them, I promise you they WILL rip you off!

Unbelievable! I just closed my account at Dreams, after experiencing what they call "support". I dealt first with Jeff, then with Joseph. Before I had exchanged a full sentence with Joseph, I KNEW that this had to be a black listed casino. Imagine my amusement when I checked in here only to discover that they used to be cirrus! LOL! I should have known. These morons sent me an email this morning with a "free" $100 chip. When I cashed in the chip, I was given a play thru figure, and the choice to play for real money or fun money when I opened a game. I chose real, natch! The game froze before I could play it. Had to shut down the pc and start over again. When I checked back in, there was a dollar missing from my account. So I called on live chat. I didn't have much hope at this point of getting any quality of help because it had taken Jeff well over ten minutes just to retrieve my pass word when I first opened the casino. He never did help me, but he did answer me twice with information intended for another player. After arguing with Jeff for a good five minutes about this missing dollar, he informed me that I was a free chip abuser, and then he accused me of all manner of things. I tried to reason with him, this being impossible, I asked for a manager. I am pretty certain that the manager was none other than Jeff using a different id. Joseph asked me if I was saying the things that I was saying because I had neglected to read the rules. I ended up telling these morons to close my account. I did have the chat emailed, and will print it here if you like, but it seems like a worthless thing to do, as any one who has ever played at a blacklisted casino is familiar with the process. AVOID ever giving these people your banking info. They WILL abuse it- they will NOT pay you any winnings that you might achieve, and they will cheat you blind. Yup, all in all, it was a real "fun" experience- if you lean toward masochism!! Rating- minus ten stars!

I joined this Casino and am from Canada, they may have changed their laws to allow us to play here, I also claimed a free chip and played the RTG games they have here. I found though that my money was just going very quickly, I have had this happen at Casinos and it is not a good feeling. I played small bets, and different games, but the wins were not there for me at that time. This happens, but if I deposit again here, I hope it doesn't happen all the time, that means, time to leave. I had a good experience here, I always do at RTG Casinos.
