Game Review Dracula

Top B3W Gaming Casinos

Dracula, the original blood sucker, has been the foundation of many stories over the years. Some of these have been told in books, some in movies and others within games. This one obviously fits into the latter category and is a five reel video slot which uses B3W technology.

Dracula Theme

Set at his Transylvanian mansion, Dracula has five reels and twenty five paylines which are marked out either side of the reels. You can see the silhouette of his mansion in the background, along with countless crosses and gravestones.

A quick tap of the payouts button will open a second set of toggle through screens. These screens give details on the different reel icons, payouts and features. Whilst browsing through, or playing, you’ll find various ghoulish creatures including bats, zombies, werewolves, vampire brides and vampires. Other reel icons include holy water, wooden stakes, crosses, garlic, silver bullets, caskets and battle axes.

Betting Options and More Functions

For a slot with so many win lines you may be surprised to learn that the maximum wager is $/£/€5. What’s even more impressive is that the top potential payout is $1,000, which is largely disproportionate to the small wagers.

Dracula Slot Features

The coffin symbol plays as a joker and can only appear on the second and fourth wheels. However, when the coffin symbol does appear it will spread across the entire wheel and is able to replace the gun, holy water, cross, stake or garlic symbol to create a winning combination.

The vampires bonus game begins when 5 Dracula symbols appear on an active payline. This loads a separate game screen with 24 closed drawers which you open to reveal either a gun, crucifix, garlic, stake or holy water. Each of these discoveries will award a bonus multiplier once the user has found three identical weapons.

The second bonus game is entitled ‘The Crypt’ which is awarded when three or more axe icons appear on adjacent wheels. This presents 20 closed coffins from which you select one to reveal one of five supernatural creatures. This will award a prize which is based both on how many icons triggered the round and the creature itself. A full rundown can be viewed on the last slide of the paytable with Dracula naturally awarding the largest prize.

Our Take on Dracula

Supernatural slots are so much fun, especially when they have a lick of humor and a good selection of features. Dracula doesn’t disappoint in either of these areas and even manages to provide a good range of bets so everyone can enjoy it.

  • That's not the new Dracula slot that's being released - the movie-looking one, I don't think. I don't know if more than one Dracula slot was released by more than one company, but I've been playing in a GUTS promotion that is offering slots on Dracula and that is 100% NOT what the slot looks like - the one that GUTS is offering spins on. It really got me into Invisible Man, which I thought was low-paying and lame until I got onto the free spins, etc, because of this Dracula promotion. I don't know which one RedBet would be including.

I do appreciate this old school style look and feel, it does give you the feeling of playing a classic fruit machine style game, but strangely enough - and I wouldnt imagine the two things are linked, but its possible - it didn't quite feel completely random either, in particular the way the dracula symbols line up on a payline to trigger that feature seems to happen much too neatly, much too often to be properly random. Both of the features are basic pick me bonuses with seemingly low maximum payouts, so theres not much point in sitting about hoping for those - there are some decent wins on the base paytable at least, but overall, its just another disappointing effort from B3W.
