As the title portends, Mamma Mia from 1x2gaming is an Italian-themed slot game. Displaying some simple (yet intricate) 2D graphics, the game features a number of classic Italian curiosities. No matter how one looks at it, the single theme is - Italy. The mix-up of most unlikely combination of symbols marching across the screen only serves to cement that observation. Still, we can’t blame those labeling it “stereotypical”… but we’ll drop a disclaimer regardless: the Leaning Tower of Pisa is missing!

Our Take
Somehow we always find it difficult to reach a verdict when dealing with slots of this type. Mamma Mia is a loveable game, but to say it was innovative would be overdoing it. Admittedly, we were impressed by Collina’s appearance. Further out, educational undertones are certainly more than welcome. Therefore, the final verdict is, as ever, up to you. Give Mamma Mia a fair chance at impressing you eventually. The game can be played for fun or for gains.
