How to play Blackjack Surrender

Cayetano Gaming delivers a classic, and exciting variation of this gaming favorite, in which players are given the option to give up, or ‘Surrender’ half the amount they’ve bet rather than play out a full hand.

How To Play Blackjack Surrender:

On the gaming screen, you will see what appears to be a standard Blackjack table, complete with a green, felt base, various rows of colored chips, a deck of cards, and spaces to place your chip bets.

Chip denominations can be found in the bottom, left corner of the screen, along the wooden rim of the table. There are eight options in the colors of green, blue, orange, red, purple, black, yellow, and fuchsia. The values are as follows: 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 100, 500, and 1000. To place a bet, simply click on the chip denomination you wish to play with, and then click one of the empty spaces on the table.

If you wish to add more to any one betting space, simply select another chip, followed by clicking on the desired space on the table again. If you want to double a bet at any point during play, select the ‘Double’ option, along the bottom of the gaming screen.

Other options include ‘Deal,’ which will begin the round as long as a minimum bet has been placed. ‘Undo’ will delete the previous bet, and ‘Clear’ will remove all bets from the gaming table.

There is a minimum bet of £1, and a maximum bet of £1,000.

Blackjack Surrender Features Explained:

The game’s paytable can be accessed in the top, left corner of the screen. Simply click on the gray box, labeled, ‘Paytable,’ for a complete list of win possibilities. There are five types of wins listed:

A Blackjack pays 3:2.

Regular Wins will pay 1:1.

An Insurance Bet pays 2:1.

Ties result in a push, and finally, surrendering will result in half the bet.

For additional help at any point during the game, click on the button displaying the three bars in the top, right corner of the screen, and select the ‘?’ symbol.

Here is an interesting type of blackjack, blackjack surrender! Very good action here, with reasonably high betting limits and unlimited doubling-down. But of course the big attraction here is the opportunity to surrender any or all of your hands (up to 5), and it is offered when the dealer has a high card exposed in his hand. However, the dealer does hit on soft 17, which isn't good for the player. Still, with the surrender possibilities to recover half your bet when nesassary, this game is an excellent one for those players that like the surrender feature!
