Top Playtech Gaming Casinos

The Silver Bullet is fabled to be the only weapon known to kill a werewolf and a clutch of other supernatural creatures. The term also relates to the Brothers Grim, and more recently the Lone Ranger and his adventures against evil. He used silver bullets to symbolize the preciousness of life, this slot relates to cowboys and Indians in general. It includes various different cowboy icons combined with wilds scatters and Playtech's supremely popular dollar ball jackpot.

Silver Bullet Slot Theme

The reel case is designed to look like a combination of walnut and engraved metals, kind of like the hilt of a traditional pistol. You can change betting options at the bottom, as well as spinning the reels or checking prizes via the paytable. The only other button relates to the Dollar Ball side game, but we'll talk more about that later.

If we asked you to name essential cowboy items you'd probably name a horse, a hat and a gun. All of these items and more are included on the reels. Some of the more unusual designs include bombs, barrels, pipes and lucky 7's. Overall the design elements set the scene nicely, we'd have preferred a little more animation though.

Betting Options and More Functions

There is no need to break the bank to play this slot because wagers begin at just 0.01 per play. In fact, players can choose from many different wagers which climb gradually to the the $45 maximum.

Silver Bullet includes Playtech's dollar ball game. As the name suggests this costs one Dollar, 1 Pound or 1 Euro. Players are able to choose five balls of the possible 49. After the reels spin a miniature lotto style game plays and if one or more balls are matched a prize is awarded. You'll need to much or five balls to win the $50,000 jackpot.

Silver Bullet Slot Features

The gleaming sheriffs badge is a sign of Law and order. On this slot this sign of justice also brings extra wins because it can stand in for any other icon apart from the scattered pistol.

The scattered pistol also brings extra wins by awarding prizes from just two or more icons. This icon differs from the others because it can pay in any position. Two, three, four or five icons will award one times, five times, 10 times or 100 times the triggering bet.

Our Take on Silver Bullet

Silver Bullet is a slot with old school style. It doesn't benefit from 3-D graphics but does ooze charm and simplicity. It includes a powerful wild feature, scatters and benefits from Playtech's dollar ball jackpot game. So saddle up, pull on your cowboy boots and ride on down to your latest Playtech saloon(casino) to enjoy Silver Bullet slots today.

Not a fan, but this is because I usually don't get why you would spin after spin without anything happen inbetween. Bonus or Freespins. Graphic looks now very funny compared to todays standards.

Silver Bullet looked more like a B3W game than a Playtech slot when I started spinning its reels - I had to double check this was infact a playtech game ! It's not just about the way it looks - or the reel spin animation, which honestly does look SO much like B3Ws cheap and nasty games - but even the paytable, which does have playtechs typical huge payoff of 10,000x line bet for all the wilds, but the remainder is definitely disappointing for a 9 line game without features - the scatter payouts in particularly. I wouldn't play this for real money.

Classic 9-lines slot with no bonus feature. I've learned that this is one of playtech game where you can quickly fulfill wagering requirements for deposit bonus. I always start with this slot and quickly see (10 spins) if slot gives back, if not I change the game.
