Track and Fieldmouse

If you’d like to play a great game, you won’t have a hard time finding it. However, you will have a very difficult time picking one and leaving others behind. In this sea of excellent, absolutely recommendable games, it’s virtually impossible to dedicate attention to all those games that deserve it. Still, there are always those that stand out from the crowd. Microgaming’s multiple-layer game “Track and Field Mouse” surely promises to be one of them.

Into this three-reel, single payline slot, Microgaming put a lot of what they do best – interesting and thrilling features. The slot actually contains three games in one: Bronze, Silver and Gold, each of which offers a different payout scheme. Within each of these you’ll find excellent bonus rounds, which will lift your budget. And even though the game seems a bit overly stuffed with choices, as if Microgaming wanted to present everything they have in store in a single slot, the truth is that we as players can never have enough of balance-boosting features. In terms of graphics, “Track and Field Mouse” is set in an athletics course, where mice compete in various disciplines. Its cartoonish characters include typical classic slots symbols, such as cherries, oranges, plums, bars, etc. However, the best prizes are brought by mice, which don’t appear on the reels as often as we’d like.

Speaking of prizes, as usual, it takes money to win money. “Track and Field Mouse” doesn’t offer much choice in terms of bet amounts, as you simply need to set the coin value and play. The denominations on offer include $0.10, $0.20, $0,25, $0.50, $1, $2, $5, and $10. Considering the range, it provides a choice wide enough for all tastes. And in return, you may win some fantastic prizes with the help of combinations which bring generous winspins.

The whole game is based on winspins. If you win a fruity, bar or mice combination in the normal round, you’ll be taken to another screen to see the reels spinning for free and bringing you prizes, as many times as the triggering combination allows. Some of the final prizes are absolutely huge, despite the lower winspin triggering combination.

But this feature is only one out of a number of them offered in “Track and Field Mouse.” The others include a variety of nudge options, such as Nudge Now, Gamble Nudge, Nudge Repeat, and Nudge Bank Held, then there is a possibility of holding reels of choice and respinning the other(s), and finally, you may also get special Shifta! Feature or Let ‘em Spin feature, which will find and award you with a winning combination.

In the end of the day, you may wonder if there’s anything wrong about this slot. The answer is – no. It’s as simple as that: its cuteness, cartoonish innocence, and the abundance of special features will win you over and make your play not only entertaining and breath-taking, but it will also bring you the joy of winning. So, go ahead – pick one of the three playing modes and start spinning!

After seeing some multiple winnings over 1-2k from same session from this game i decided to give it ago. I was not pleased by the graphics or in game voices but the hunt for a sick winning streak kept me playing. Soon enough i realized that this game has very high variance and i was not going to win any monsters from it so i just gave it up.

This is an "AWP" (or, Fruit Machine) style game that is not currently being offered at any Microgaming casinos as far as I know. It is meant to be coming back at some point, but I'm not holding my breath personally. I'm not sure if these games were taken down for some technical review reason as was stated, but there were many rumours around that some players had worked out how to empty them in the same way that 'emptiers' exist for mechanical fruit machines. It's a great shame because the payouts from these games are very high, though you do not to spend quite a bit of time to work out the game to begin with. If it ever comes back, try it!
