Bovada and Removing Compromised BetSoft Progressives

Bovada and Removing Compromised BetSoft Progressives

Last week, we talked about the infamous BetSoft progressives incident, involving suspicious games most likely rigged, one unpaid jackpot and other shady circumstances that surround the company's operations. Until today, no additional information was available for us to relate, but things just got more interesting.

These past few days, Bovada and it's sister casino have been rather cagey about the said rigged games that they featured on their sites. Somewhat understandable, since BetSoft is keeping quiet and the casinos would end up just beating around the bush, adding fuel to the fire in a situation not so easily entangled. Besides, the broken games were very popular after all, probably making for a large portion of traffic circulating on the sites. But now the two casinos have decided to do the right thing and remove the compromised progressives entirely. According to the source, they are now exploring several options to replace the jackpot games, and while they did not officially state anything, we can expect further details to be revealed this week. Below is the list of slots that are being removed from the sites:

-2 Million BC
-A Night in Paris
-After Night Falls
-At The Movies
-Aztec Treasures
-Back in Time
-Barbary Coast
-Black Gold
-Common Draw Roulette
-Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde
-Event Horizon
-Fruit Zen
-Genie's Fortune
-Gold Diggers
-Gypsy Rose
-House of Fun
-It Came From Venus
-Lucky 7
-Mad Scientist
-Madder Scientist
-Mamma Mia
-More Gold Diggin’
-Ned and his Friends
-Once Upon A Time
-Paco and the Popping Peppers
-Puppy Love Plus
-Rook's Revenge
-Royal Reels
-Safari Sam
-Seventh Heaven

-The True Sheriff
-True Illusions

We are glad Bovada and Slots.iv have made the right decision, as this will enable them to continue in the business with an untarnished reputation, and certainly their loyal members can now breath more easily seeing a fair conduct. Also, big thanks goes to our member JennaROX, who related this important info to us.

  • See thats what im talking about. Bovada coming through for the player. To many times i hear stories of players misfortunes and nothing done about it. Ill tell you that if i was one of those poor people that got ripped of off a big win id be breaking someones legs and wouldnt stop until i got my money. Thats what makes Bovada and its sister casinos my favorites.
  • That's quite a few titles going away!!! I wonder if they are going to partner up with any other software providers to make up for the loss in options
  • I believe Bovada is innocent here. They were as much misled as all the players. They could not have known there was something wrong with the JP's. It is my conviction that Betsoft should reimburse every single player that played these games.
  • How unfortunate. So, the odds of hitting the 5¢ jackpot on the slot were calculated to be 1:20,000 - yet it was played at Bovada nearly six million times without hitting whatsoever. Yes, remove the Betsoft slots, but how does that reimburse the players who were duped? Man, I trusted Bovada and praise its anonymous tables heavily and you hear about people complaining, but shrug it off saying they are sore losers. Here all along people had a valid beef and all they got to show for it is a reduced bankroll.
  • I really glad to hear this news and I hope more casinos will follow because Betsoft is still used by tons of casinos including the casinos in my top 10 list. The more casinos removing Betsoft games from their website the sooner Betsoft will be gone. Betsoft is such a donkey for keeping us in the dark.
  • Props to Bovada and for being on top of things . Shame on Betsoft who's until this date remained silent.
