Yggdrasil’s Joker Millions Pays €2.9M at LeoVegas

One of LeoVegas’ Norwegian players has become an instant millionaire when he began a spinning session at LeoVegas while waiting for his girlfriend. Chris, 21, is starting out his young life with €2.9m, which he won on Yggdrasil Gaming’s Joker Millions Progressive Jackpot Slot.

Monday afternoon was one for shopping for Chris’ girlfriend. What else is a man to do but log in and play some Slots while waiting around? He set his bet to €1.25 and it paid off in a major way with a €2,881,257 jackpot!

The lucky guy says that he’ll put the winnings to good use by investing in two apartments. As for his girlfriend, she was buying apples when her boyfriend was winning millions and Chris plans to whisk her away to the Maldives for a getaway.

Chris’ jackpot is the 3rd time Joker Millions has paid in just over a year.

Fredrik Elmqvist, CEO at Yggdrasil Gaming, said, “It is a huge thrill to see someone win such a staggering sum of money from a single spin on an Yggdrasil slot.

“Joker Millions is our first progressive slot and it is beloved by both operators and players. With more operators continuing to join the Yggdrasil network, the jackpot will be building up again quickly.”

Karolina Pelc, Head of Casino at LeoVegas, commented, “We are delighted that this jackpot was won by one of our customers who was playing LeoVegas on his mobile phone as a means to keep himself entertained. This truly shows what LeoVegas stands for – number one in mobile entertainment.

“Yggdrasil games are always popular with our players as they look forward to enjoying more great content while chasing the next big jackpot.”

Wow, this is a great jackpot and all the better to learn that it game from a Yggdrasil game as this developer is relatively new and their games are still not as widespread as they should be - the quality of their slots is definitely up there with the big boys, especially graphically, and their "Dead or Alive" clone Casino Zeppelin is really great too! NetEnt themselves don't seem capable of bringing out another game to rival their classic DoA in terms of winnings potential, so its great to see another developer step up and create such a game. Congrats to the winner !
