Online gambling marketing whizz Alex Czajkowski made a big impression when his eGaming20.com company launched the Buzzluck online casino, taking a fresh and innovative onsite promotional approach that appealed to a wide range of players and generated plenty of, well...buzz.
Unfortunately the enterprise is no more, with Czajkowski posting on several message boards that he was unable to sustain the action without US players and another injection of capital. He has therefore sold the brand and domain (but not the database) for an undisclosed sum and is now putting together another Internet gambling venture.
Players are urged to claim their account balances by March 27th, when the change of ownership apparently takes place.
Czajkowski had earlier (see previous InfoPowa reports) indicated that he was moving to Panama City and was embroiled in a deal which would hopefully see Buzzluck "...get its necessary cash injection to live and would live on in Europe and open in the US.'
"That deal fell through, although it occasionally gurgles like it has some life in it....," Czajkowski posted this week. "Something positive may yet happen to the Buzzluck brand, which has suffered a tad over this period of negotiation. I certainly hope so as some positive ROI would be most welcome.
"But I can't afford to keep the casino as operated by me open any longer; hence the attempt at an orderly and clean closure - notifying hosting, affiliates, players etc."
Commenting on the retention of the database, the marketing expert opined that buying player lists and player bases has very little value these days.
"Who responds to spam (other than spam-hunters)? No players of value. Those days are over, " he said. "Good players look for brands with good reputations, which is why I'm working to keep Buzzluck's, and my, reputation as clean as possible."
Czajkowski concluded that he had "learned a lot from the experience" and will "soon be unleashing at least better-then-Buzzluck-personal-service treatment."
He added: "I believed (and still suspect if it had enough cash behind it) that stuff like the 3d lobby and live lounge will work to bring in more square players. So when I come along with a deep-pocketed partner and a simple RTG download and reasonable (for the market) speed payouts and excellent personal service, [I] hope you'll come on board!"

"Hi Claralie, Thank you for your post. We take all suggestions from our players very seriously because it’s our number one priority that you are happy when playing at Casino Extreme. You will see in our T&C that only one free promotion is allowed between deposits. We think this is good for our players because if you didn’t have luck while playing after depositing, you will be able to win on a free tournament or another free promotion. For example, you won $100 on the LCB free tournament 9 days ago. Another important reason for this rule is that it prevents players who never deposit from collecting all the winnings from free promotions, and allows a greater chance to regular depositors to win. I hope this explains a bit better why this rule is so important for our regular depositing players. If you have any more suggestions or recommendations, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly at email@example.com . Best regards,AlexCasino Extreme"READ
