TV campaign for mobile casino

Play for free element in new marketing strategy

mFortune Mobile Casino is launching an advertising campaign on Virgin, Sky and other satellite television channels in the UK, offering players a free GBP5 bonus to play poker, blackjack, European roulette, bingo or any other mobile phone casino games, and keep the winnings.

The campaign is scheduled to run through July and uses 30-second television spots to publicise and support the initiative, which should deliver an estimated exposure to 5 million viewers, each of whom should see the spot on average of 3.5 times, for a total exposure of 17 million.

In addition to this advertising campaign, mFortune will be featured as the top advertiser on the Orange mobile internet portal, and every Orange customer who logs into the mobile internet will be exposed to the i-gaming brand.

"What we've learned from doing similar TV spots in the past is that these campaigns present excellent opportunities for affiliates, who can reap the rewards of this increased brand exposure," said Simon Wilson, Managing Director of mFortune. "As a result of our campaign, we expect the number of users searching for mFortune online to increase dramatically, along with conversion rates and user loyalty."

Wilson reports that mFortune ran a very successful TV campaign last November. "The boost we received from the last TV campaign was substantial," he said. "With this new campaign, with a higher quality ad and increased exposure, I'm excited about the potential."
