New entrant in a competitive field

ComTrade (formerly Hermes SoftLab), has entered the competitive world of live dealer internet gambling, deploying its Live Games system at the UK-based Palace Casino and offering online gamblers roulette and blackjack.

Licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, ComTrade has partnered with Palace Casino owner Patrick Duffy to broadcast table games live from the casino to online players. The dealers and croupiers are equipped with operational monitors in order to communicate with the online player, and the system informs the croupiers of each player's decision and other necessary information to bring the two gambling styles together.

Ales Gornjec, business development manager for gaming at ComTrade said, "We have designed and integrated a front and back end solution to meet the broader demands of our customers. At ComTrade, we believe that trust is achieved by using live feeds transmitted from well known land based casinos."
