Still, authorities declare that the fight will continue

The jury in Marion County, Florida, acquitted Jeaneen Cristante, Marion Internet Services on US 441, of the charges for owning a gambling house and possession of slot machines.

Yet, the authorities firmly believe that such internet cafes are promoting illegal online gambling, and according to the Assistant State Attorney Mark Simpson, such establishments will still be prosecuted, even though by passing this decision, the jury made this job more difficult.
