Software provider’s assets on sale
It was announced by Wizard Gaming, an Isle of Man-based online gambling software provider that they are putting their assets for sale, due to the decision to withdraw from the business.
The company’s directors considered the company’s strategic possibilities and decided that it should hold a public, open auction for its assets, whose estimated value reaches around $300,000, it was stated by one of the directors.
The same source added that they reached an opinion that new ownership could lead to faster commercialization of the software, which has been developed for over four years. According to the company’s spokesman, the software’s book development cost exceeds $5 million.
