Novelties in management to be confirmed on Friday

As an exclusive news, eGaming Review reported that on Nov. 5 Ladbrokes is about to go through with some big changes in top management, scheduled within the group’s "Operation Galvanize." The company CEO Richard Glynn followed his consultants’ advice and initiated the operation, whose results will be announced on Friday.

Supposedly, the following personnel is on the way out:

Ed Andrewes - managing director - egaming

Andy Harris - head of gaming

Expected arrivals include:

Edwina McDowall (previously of Cable & Wireless) - product manager and operations (new role)

Stephen Vowles - director of customer experience

Nick Rust (previously Gala Coral) - retail managing director

Gary McIlraith (previously Alix Partners) - director of digital channels, international and strategy

John Kelly (formerly Gala Coral Chairman) - non executive board member

Existing management:

Paul Witten - head of sportsbook will move into a customer development role

Alex Kovach - head of international and mobile

Richard Ames - central operations

Wendy Collins - customer acquisition

Cliff Batey - finance

The only comment made by a Ladbrokes spokesman was that “as part of galvanise there is an ongoing review of structure and these changes are part of that process”
