It was stated by an official of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) that new judicial rules will be passed in China by the end of 2010, to regulate sentencing standards in the domain of cyber attack crimes. According to Vice Director of the MPS Internet Security Bureau Gu Jian, the new rules will also cover the field of online pornography, online fraud and online gambling.
