An online gambling group from Paris Mangas Gaming has reportedly acquired a multiplayer games development subsidiary of the French company OCTO Technology, MassiveBrainGames. The sum paid for the acquisition was not specified.

Mangas and OCTO have closed a deal on developing of online skill games platform for skill game players at Mangas Group, which consists of BetClic, Bet-At-Home and Everest Poker and Expekt.
