Irvine to head newly-formed online division

A new announcement came from a server-based gaming firm, Inspired Gaming Group recently acquired and refinanced by private equity firm Vitruvian Partners, that its recently established online division will be led by Mark Irvine.

Regarding the appointment of the new online division managing director, a company spokesman said: "Mark Irvine is an online gaming expert with over 11 years of experience in the online betting and gaming industry, across UK and international markets. His eGaming experience and contacts are the perfect fit to convert and deliver Inspired's top quality land-based content to an online audience."

On the other hand, Irvine stated: "I am delighted to be joining Inspired at a very exciting time of growth for the company. Inspired's best in class land-based slots provide an ideal opportunity for us to launch into the online space with high quality games that I believe will drive significant income growth for online operators."

The ICE London expo held in January 2011 will see Inspired Gaming exclusively presents its online games.
