Demand boost requires new improvements
Quite ambitious expansion targets have been announced this week by live dealer technology and services provider Visionary iGaming from Costa Rica. The plans were reportedly constructed due to the blooming demand for its live casino studio product.
Chief executive Martin Reiner said in a statement, “We had the tremendous fortune of working with some of the country’s best architects and designers who spent countless hours understanding our business needs with the purpose of producing the most advanced live casino studio in the world.
“We completely reworked the design and perspective of our table games, achieving the look and feel of a modern land based casino. Players love our new look and we feel we are setting the new standard in our industry.”
The live casino studio upgrade included a custom build out in a modern three floor, 1,100 square metre building, with increased overall live casino studio space by more than 500 percent. This provided Visionary iGaming with ability to meet its current client needs and enable future growth in 2011 and beyond, but also to offer dedicated tables to large brands. This will enable the client to determine all game characteristics, starting from interior design, table layouts, dealer uniforms and even the language spoken on the table.
Reiner believes this will be probably the most customizable live dealer solution on the market, adding: “We are very proud of our new facility. With recent business growth including our new partnership with EveryMatrix, we are confident that our large investment in our gaming operations will pay huge dividends in the future. We have over 80 full time dealers in our 24/7 operation with plans to further double in size in 2011 as we roll out more branded tables, new live games and launch in new markets.”
