Punters got wider choice

Local punters in Belgium got a wider choice of internet casino and poker action when two online gambling licenses have been issued to Golden Palace's.be site and Win2Day - they got B+ and A+ licensing respectively.

Well known throughout the online gambling industry, Golden Palace has no relationship whatsoever with the new Belgian site, and is actually blacklisted by the Belgians. As for the Belgian site, it offers poker on the Ongame network, and its new license covers terrestrial operations as well as internet offerings.

Previously involved in Austrian poker operations Win2Day will see its new .be site competing in the Belgian market with the likes of Casino777, Partouche and PartyPoker. The owner of the company, Casinos Austria, back in 2010 acquired the Vienna-based 3D video gaming software provider Rabcat for an undisclosed consideration.

Recently the Belgian black list of illegal operators has been updated and the gambling regulator added twenty new brands including Everest, 888, Chilipoker and Winamax's .fr site.
