And WMS to get games from Konami
A couple of novelties have been introduced this week in WMS and Jackpot Party Casino.
The first one is a new 25-payline slot dubbed "Magic Wand" launched exclusively to Jackpot Party, featuring illusion-theme and involving special features such as free spins, two random Wild reel bonuses and links to the Jackpot Party Progressive bonus.
In related news, Jackpot Party owner, WMS Gaming has closed a deal with Las Vegas-based games developer Konami Gaming Inc (Konami) which will see its casino games suite boosted.
Namely, Konami has licensed a selection of its slot titles and game content to WMS Gaming, including the Norse Warrior, Jumpin' Jalapenos and Rawhide themed slot games. The games will appear on WMS Gaming’s online branches and interactive platforms, including Jackpot Party Casino, where the first Konami title is expected to go live in near future.
In a comment on the deal, Orrin J. Edidin, President of WMS, said: "Adding great slot content from Konami will enhance the breadth of slot games on the WMS online platforms and add to the differentiated gaming entertainment experience available to players on our sites."
On behalf of Konami, Steve Sutherland, the company’s chief operating officer, added: "We are pleased to feature our great game content on WMS' online platforms, including the JackpotParty.com casino.
