A deal has been closed this week between Cozy Games Management Ltd and FremantleMedia Enterprises, the brand extension arm of FremantleMedia, on the development of a suite of games for the mobile and tablet market, which will be available to operators seeking to take branded content.
Based on the deal, popular slot titles such as The X Factor: Steps To Stardom, The Price is Right, Family Fortunes and Play Your Cards Right will be converted into game applications for the iPad and smart phones including iPhone and Android.
It was stated by Simon Murphy, head of gambling EMEA at FremantleMedia Enterprises: “This is the first in a long line of new initiatives and game launches, and will further cement us as a leading distributor of branded content. Cozy Games have done a great job in converting the games and provisioning the integration so that the games can be played on different operator platforms.”
As for the Cozy Games COO Tim Green, he added: “FME are one of the largest creators and producers of entertainment brands in the world and offer well known branded games content to the gaming industry.
