This week, GameAccount Network’s has sold its nLive platform solution to gaming machine manufacturer Aristocrat Leisure Ltd for an undisclosed consideration in an agreement that involves the acquisition of GAN's internet gaming system (IGS) and remote game server (RGS).

Thanks to this deal, Aristocrat will be able to keep pursuing its internet gaming platform service providing ambitions in regulated gaming markets through more rapid content distribution via an RGS.

Regarding the deal, Aristocrat chief executive officer and managing director Jamie Odell said: "The nLive™ platform is an integral part of our plans -- offering land-based operators a turn-key, wager ready, 'virtual casino' online. Since its launch in the U.S. in April, nLive™ has delivered impressive results and generated strong customer interest.

"We are committed to extending our market leading Casino Management Systems capabilities into the digital space, thereby expanding the view of the player for our customers, enhancing the player journey and delivering quality content through a 'wager-ready' digital platform."

It was added by Manjit Gombra Singh, senior vice president at Aristocrat: "Full ownership of the platform is the next logical step in Aristocrat's digital strategy. It provides the ability to innovate in the nLive™ platform, distribute Aristocrat's great content across multiple channels and meet the growing needs of our customers."
