In an executive reshuffling, Bally Technologies, Inc. has appointed its current Chief Operating Officer, Ramesh Srinivasan, to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and Board Member, where he will succeed Richard M. Haddrill effective December 31, 2012.
In return, Haddrill will become Chairman of the Board of Bally Technologies where he has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2004. Prior to that, he was the CEO of two successful public companies. On the other hand, Srinivasan has been with Bally since 2005, prior to which he was a senior executive at supply chain software company, Manhattan Associates, Inc.
Regarding the shift, Haddrill said: “Ramesh and I have been great business partners over the past 13 years across two companies and these changes reflect the continued natural evolution of our roles and responsibilities. We have built a deep group of leaders at Bally and Ramesh has proven his ability to lead the team.”
