Two new, festive releases have joined the online slot market this week, with the launch of WMS Gaming's "Alice and the Mad Tea Party" on its operational website Jackpot Party, and RTG’s "The Elf Wars", another sequel in the Rudolph saga.
The WMS release is a 30-line feature-rich slot adventure titled based on the classic tale of Alice in Wonderland. It involves a host of special features such as the Alice Feature which randomly turns any reel Wild, a Super Mad Respin Feature where reel 1 filled with Alice symbols will allow the player to select teapots for additional spins and a random multiplier Caterpillar Feature. There’s also the Cheshire Cat Feature which will award a number of random Wild symbols and the Queen feature that turns a low symbol Wild.
In addition, players can enjoy the game's free spin feature with Super Mad Spins, and a Mad Hatter feature in which players choose tea cups to find cupcakes until a diamond or a white rabbit award is found.
As for "The Elf Wars", it’s a new 50-payline video slot that once again employs rebellious Rudolph who takes on Santa and his elves. Succeeding "Rudolph's Revenge", "Santa Strikes Back" and "Return of Rudolph", this slot is themed on a battle for the North Pole in which the elves ally with either Santa and his North Pole guardians or rebellious Rudolph and his thugs.
Again, there are lots of features in the game, where Santa and Rudolph serve as Wild, and Good Elf or Bad Elf symbols are scatters. The special bonuses include the Santa Strikes Back! feature which gives seven free games, in which prize multiplier increases when symbols have a special Candy Cane background; the Rudolph's Revenge! feature where players also get seven free games, but with doubled prizes which are also multiplied by the number of Rudolphs appearing on screen.
Finally, there’s the Rudolph's Rampage! feature where players can try to find the missing elves in Santa's ransacked toy factory, as well as a special Jackpot Spins feature that can award instant prizes and a Feature Guarantee system, thanks to which one of these features will be triggered within 150 spins.
