While tomorrow may be the D-day for online gambling in German Federal State Schleswig-Holstein whose Parliamentary sitting on Jan. 25 will decide whether the State's recently passed Gambling Act will be repealed and the state returned to the German State Treaty on Gaming, a quite contradictory action has been made by the state’s Ministry of Interior – it has issued another seven online casino licenses.
The new license holders are Victor Chandler, PlayCherry Ltd (Cherry), Ongoing Media GmbH, Interwetten Gaming Ltd, World of Sports Betting, Megapixel Entertainment and Greentube Malta, and they join another 22 online sports betting and 20 online casino/poker license holders.
