Another online gambling partnership has been announced this Thursday as the Montreal-based online gambling group Amaya Gaming signed the deal with the Australian gambling content provider Aristocrat.
As per the terms of the agreement, Aristocrat will be offering the Ongame poker network platform (an Amaya subsidiary) to Aristocrat's U.S. customers via Aristocrat's nLive online gaming platform. Ongame poker has full mobile support for iOS and Android, including tablets, and iPads.
According to the Amaya spokesman, Ongame has recently added many features for recreational players custom-made for the U.S. market, and the latest products include Strobe, a new fast-fold poker format; Instant Rewards, an achievement and player incentive engine; and Hyperspace, in-client player communication.
"We are delighted to partner with Ongame to offer online poker on the nLive platform. This aligns perfectly with our strategy of bringing our wagering, free play and social platform, while integrating both Aristocrat and leading third-party content as part of the nLive offering," said Atul Bali, president of Aristocrat Americas.
Aristocrat's nLive solution offers land-based operators a turnkey solution for providing their players with an online gaming system. Operators now can start to offer play-for-fun games, giving players a chance to try out casino table games, multiplayer games and Aristocrat's online slots when they're not in the venue.
Provided the regulatory approvals are in place, the operator can instantly switch from play-for-fun poker to real money poker.
Commenting on the integration, David Baazov, CEO of Amaya Gaming Group Inc. said:
"Aristocrat and Amaya share a common vision of integrating land-based gaming with online gaming. Integrating our online poker offering into the Aristocrat nLive platform opens up a wide range of new opportunities in the United States. This is a strategic relationship in the most promising market in the world."
