At the end of August, Ladbrokes' Customer Experience Director Stephen Vowles will leave the company after completing a restructuring of Ladbrokes' retail and digital marketing functions and strategies.
Reportedly, he will not be replaced on the position, and he was quoted as saying the following regarding his departure: "The creation of Ladbrokes Israel is a great opportunity to turbo charge growth in this important area and in refocusing the marketing function to ensure its success, it feels like a natural time to move on."
