Following Belgium and other EU nations which already have blacklists of online gambling operators, the Bulgarian State Gambling Commission has composed a list of its own which contains names of undesired operators who will face advertising and ISP blocks because they do not have the necessary licensing.
Some 20 companies found themselves on the blacklist, including big names such as Sportingbet, Betfred, Ladbrokes, Unibet, 888, bet365 and Betfair.
The whole blacklisting action seems a bit premature, as the relevant legislation has been published but not formally enacted.
