After the Safe and Fair seal has been recently awarded to Play Central’s interactive gaming site by the independent player protection and standards body eCOGRA Limited, the new seal was granted to Lucky247 Casino by eCOGRA’s Seals Compliance Committee on June 12.
Rigorous audit and on-site inspection processes preceded the decision on awarding seals, as eCOGRA prides itself on its demanding accreditation procedure. Following the issuance of the two latest seals, the number of tier-one operations which successfully met eCOGRA’s international framework for operational practice requirements to 201 has been further increased.
Andrew Beveridge, eCOGRA Executive Director congratulated the new seal holders, underlining the full cooperation that the eCOGRA auditors had been given throughout the accreditation procedure.
“The Safe and Fair accreditation provides the online players at Lucky247 with an added level of confidence that the casino games are fair and are professionally operated in line with international best practice,”Beveridge added.
“We’re extremely pleased with this achievement and proud of the affirmation that our site is amongst the safest in the industry,” Casino manager Sean Auret said.
Shaun McCallaghan, eCOGRA’s compliance manager, submitted a report to the Compliance Committee explaining the accreditation inspection process which he supervised.
"The audit process revealed a well-run operation supported by sophisticated technical systems. Management displayed a high regard for player protection and the organisational discipline in meeting compliance obligations was apparent,” McCallaghen said.
In order to maintain its accreditation, Lucky247 Ccasino and its internal processes, controls and systems will be consistently monitored through recurring operational audits. Also, the fairness of the gaming software will be subject to eCOGRA’s output-based testing regime, which comprises extensive and frequent data analysis over every live gaming result.
