On Tuesday, Paddy Power plc announced that Jane Lighting, a non-executive director, retired after being part of the team for four years.
Nigel Northridge, chairman, said: "During Jane's four years on the Board, the Company has grown very significantly, for example more than doubling its revenues from Euro 275 million in 2008 to Euro 654 million in 2012. We thank Jane for her contribution to the development of the company and wish her every success for the future."
