Bubble Group BV, parent company of Sheriff Gaming, submitted an application to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) requesting its Regulatory Hearing on 29 October 2013 to be held privately.
The AGCC suspended Bubble Group BV’s licence pending the outcome of the hearing.
The AGCC investigation began after an inter-departmental co-operation including the Dutch Gambling Authority and Dutch Police into the Bubble Group BV. The AGCC suspended the company’s license until after the hearing.
